Parliament Approved Six Months Maternity Leave for Women as Rakhi Gift

In present scenario where everybody is busy in their professional life and you hardly get time for anything else. Even the motherhood has taken a backseat in professional women’s life. The Indian government has recently passed a bill for better retention of female employees at workplace. According to the new bill, the female staff can enjoy the double paid leaves to 26 weeks from 12 weeks as allotted earlier.
