In present scenario where everybody is busy in their
professional life and you hardly get time for anything else. Even the

Presently, in India the women workforce has declined from
25% to 16% at the entry level. The ratio is even worse at top level where just
4% participation of women is notices, but at mid-level the percentage is 16%.
This amendment in the maternity bill will allocate more time to women for child
rearing, experts believe this will bring some relief for women workforce.
