Budget is the yearly financial planning of Railway ministry of the Govt of
India for rail transport across the country. The official statement is presented
Union Rail Minister of India in the parliament house, New Delhi. Generally the Railway
Budget passed on February 26 annually in Parliament. This budget is prepared by
the team includes Railway minister Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu with official
guidance by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It reflects the overall planning
for the Railway infrastructure and networks improvement for modern transport

Indian
Railways strategic vision for the institutional structures for delivering
passenger and freight services for growth of the nation. We should establishing
empowered team to give time-bound result oriented service to the people.
The
safety is the most important for the railways which carries 25 million passengers
on daily basis. Technology should be used for signal with computerized
structure to bring down human errors. The entire rail network should be
monitored by the space and satellite to minimize the accidents.
The
long-term plan for high-speed trains (300 - 350 km/hour) should have guideline work
schedule and finance for the mega projects between the metro cities. Railways can
have another department for high speed Rail projects to design, finance and
control networks. Currently we have Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains as premier
services.
We
are expecting there will be no fare hikes on the rail tickets. There may be
price hike for the premium trains. A new bill will be introduced to power to
RPF (Railway Protection Force) to control crime happing in the Railways. It
will enhance the better coordination among the Railway security for its
networks.
Railways
University is on the card which will create human power for Railways with Human
Resources ministry. The location of the University is also important for the
cities in India. People are to be provided better quality food with situation time
of journeying.

tickets should provide more transparent to Passengers ticket with details of train
schedule. Major steps should be taken for the trains in festive season to run
